NÓRA is sold in one place online: noralabel.com. If you are reading this page, you are on our real website.

We have found a number of websites copying our name, our logo, our photography and our product pages in order to take payments from people who believe they are buying from us. This page lists what we know, so that you can check before you pay.

Our official channels

We never ask for payment by bank transfer, cryptocurrency or gift card, and we never contact customers asking for card details.

Websites that are not us

As of 26 July 2026, the following domains are copying our brand. None of them are affiliated with NÓRA in any way, and we cannot help with orders placed on them. We have reported each one to its domain registrar, its payment providers and Google.

Please note the pattern: every one of these ends in .shop, and several combine our name with words like "official", "store" or "studio". This list is what we know of today, and new copies appear regularly, so the safest rule is the simplest one: our address is noralabel.com, and any other website is not ours — whether or not it appears above. The prices are a second giveaway: if a site offers our dresses at a fraction of our prices, walk away.

If you have already ordered from one of these sites

We are sorry — this is upsetting, and it is not your fault. These sites are built to be convincing.

1. Contact your bank or card provider straight away. Tell them you paid on a website that was impersonating a brand, and ask them to reverse the charge. Card issuers usually recover this.
2. Ask them to reissue your card if you entered your details on the site.
3. Change your password anywhere else you use the same one, if you created an account there.
4. Tell us at info@noralabel.com. We cannot refund a payment that never reached us, but every report helps us get these sites taken down faster — and we will gladly help you order the piece you wanted.

How to check any website claiming to sell NÓRA

• Look at the address bar. Our domain is noralabel.com, spelled exactly that way.
• Check the prices. Our pieces range from roughly AED 355 to AED 1,500. Dresses listed at a few dollars are not ours.
• Look for a real contact address. Ours is info@noralabel.com.
• If you are unsure, email us before you pay. We would much rather answer a question than see someone lose money.
