Refund policy

Refunds 

Regular Priced Items 

UAE 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, without perfume scents, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@noralabel.com. We will send the courier to pick up your garment for return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that a return fee of AED 25 will be deducted from your order. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. 

Please allow up to 10-15 working days from when your return is tracked as delivered back to our UAE warehouse for us to issue you with your refund.

Please remember it can take some additional time  for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If your payment option was COD, we will give you a store credit for the same amount. 

Sale Items 

Please note, items purchased on sale, including during Black Friday promotions, are not eligible for a refund. However, we understand that you may change your mind. Thus, sale items may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days, subject to the items being in unused and original condition.

Other GCC and rest of the world

We accept international returns for store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please note that the return shipping fee will be deducted from the credited amount.

To initiate a return, kindly email us at contact@noralabel.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your request, a return label will be provided for your convenience.

Please note: If a shipment remains in customs for more than 14 days and is subsequently returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering all associated return charges. In such cases, we will process only store credit after deducting the return shipping charges, duties and taxes.

Damages and issues

Defects are exceptionally rare, as each item is carefully inspected and steamed before dispatch. However, if you discover a defect, receive a damaged item, or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours. We will promptly evaluate the issue and ensure it’s resolved to your satisfaction.

Exchanges

UAE and other GCC countries 

We offer complimentary courier services to pick up your garment for exchange. Alternatively, you may drop off the package at a designated courier facility at your convenience.

Due to the high turnover of our items, we cannot guarantee the availability of the requested item/size by the time we receive your return. The quickest way to secure your desired item is to make a separate purchase for the new one and email us for an exchange request of your current item in order to be eligible for a complimentary courier service for a pick up.

PRE-ORDERS

For pre-orders, the estimated shipping timeframe is clearly stated in the product description. Please note that pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed, as these items are made to order. GIFT CARDS

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to our fast fulfillment process, cancellations are not possible once your order has been placed. Additionally, all pre-order items are made to order, so cancellations are not permitted after the order is confirmed.
