- Same-day delivery within the UAE in AED 35
- 4h express delivery in Dubai is AED 49 for all orders placed before 6 pm
- 4h express delivery in Abu Dhabi is AED 99 for all orders placed before 6 pm
- Free next-day delivery on all orders over AED 500
- Same-day delivery is applicable for all orders placed in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman before 12 pm
- Next-day delivery is applicable for all orders placed in the UAE before 11:59 pm
- Please make sure you provide us with the correct mobile number to avoid any delays
Other GCC:
Delivery to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman (shipped via DHL)
- GCC express delivery in 3-5 working days is AED 90
- Free GCC express delivery in 3-5 working days for all orders above AED 1,000
REST OF THE WORLD:
Other Destinations (shipped via DHL)
- A flat delivery charge of AED 90 (USD 25) applies for all express international shipments in 3-5 days across major destinations worldwide via DHL
- Free express worldwide delivery on orders over USD 500 (AED 1,500)
- Please note we do not ship to Israel, Russia, Ukraine, Afghanistan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela & Yemen.

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, Holiday periods, Weekends, and Ramadan.
We are not responsible for lost packages if the customer has provided the wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, NÓRA cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
Customs policies vary from country to country. All applicable fees, taxes, and duties are your responsibility.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to our fast fulfillment process, cancellations are not possible once your order has been placed. Additionally, all pre-order items are made to order, so cancellations are not permitted after the order is confirmed. However, standard return and exchange policies apply to all pre-order items.
