Location: Dubai | Freelance or Part-Time (Hybrid/On-Site)

We’re looking for an experienced Pattern Maker to support our design and production teams in translating creative concepts into precise, production-ready patterns. This role is hands-on and technical, requiring both a deep understanding of garment construction and an eye for fit and proportion.

You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and sample makers to ensure our pieces reflect the intended silhouette, fall, and quality that NÓRA is known for.

What you’ll do:

• Develop accurate, production-ready patterns for new designs based on sketches, samples, or technical specifications

• Interpret design intent while ensuring patterns are practical, well-balanced, and technically sound

• Adjust patterns based on fitting sessions and provide clear instructions for corrections

• Work closely with the design and sampling teams to troubleshoot construction issues

• Maintain pattern archives and documentation, ensuring consistency across collections

• Assist with grading patterns across size ranges when required

• Collaborate on sampling timelines to ensure deliverables are met efficiently

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience as a pattern maker in the fashion industry, preferably in women’s ready-to-wear

• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric behavior, and finishing techniques

• Skilled in both manual (paper) and digital pattern drafting; familiarity with industry software a plus

• Exceptional attention to detail and precision

• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with creative and technical teams

• Based in Dubai with availability for in-person fittings and sampling sessions
