Location: Dubai (Hybrid/Flexible) | Freelance or Part-Time

We’re looking for a content creator who intuitively understands NÓRA’s aesthetic and can translate that into sharp, scroll-stopping content. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident on-camera, fast with edits, and plugged into what’s working right now on TikTok and Instagram.

You’ll help us bring the brand to life through a mix of video styles: organic, stylish, and always on-point. You’ll also work closely with other creators, scouting and collaborating with people who match our energy and values.

What you’ll do:

Content Production

• Receive weekly product samples and create 12–15 edited videos per month (3–4 per week)

• Mix video styles: unboxings, GRWM, styling tips, lifestyle clips, trend formats, and talking videos

• Post regularly on TikTok, Instagram feed, and Stories

• Align weekly with the Creative Director on planning and approvals

Creative Collaborations

• Scout and coordinate with influencers and models for 1–2 content shoots per week

• Help shape shoot concepts: from moodboards to music, looks, and styling details

• Shoot and edit collaborative content for social rollout

Community & Growth

• Create content that resonates, encourages interaction, and builds a sense of community

• Use trends thoughtfully to drive reach and engagement while staying true to the brand voice

• Support with BTS footage at studio shoots and events (e.g., pop-ups, launches)

Performance & Planning

• Attend weekly team meetings to review metrics and brainstorm new ideas

• Deliver content on deadline, organized in shared folders for easy access

• Respond quickly to urgent content needs—especially for product drops or paid campaigns

What we’re looking for:

• Experience creating content for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands

• Comfortable filming yourself and others; able to shoot and edit independently

• Skilled with CapCut, InShot, or similar editing tools

• Confident working with talent and building relationships with other creators

• Reliable, consistent, and aligned with NÓRA’s clean, elevated aesthetic

• Based in Dubai or able to shoot locally; Arabic fluency is a plus
