We’re looking for a Content, Brand Marketing & Community Manager who intuitively understands NÓRA’s aesthetic and can translate that into sharp, scroll-stopping content. 

Drive earned visibility and community growth for NÓRA through creator/ambassador partnerships rooted in elevated-yet-relatable luxury aesthetics, TikTok-first social content, and events/retail activations.

What you’ll do:

Content Creation, Influencers management & Socials (TikTok-first)

 

  • Plan and maintain weekly/monthly content calendars across all platforms

  • Help shape shoot concepts: from moodboards to music, looks, and styling details

  • Shoot and edit collaborative content for social rollout

  • Be comfortable being filmed on camera for social accounts. Contribute in creating the BTS talking vids content for the community building (e.g., Day of a PR manager, BTS shots from e-com/campaign shots) 

  • Own day-to-day posting across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and Snapchat (Snapchat stories in Arabic)

  • Design and execute innovative content ideas (e.g., podcasts series, interviews series) to drive organic engagement in both Arabic and English

  • Assist with the content production for ad creatives (scouting for talent, sending briefs, location)

  • Find and select NÓRA brand ambassadors/friends based in the UAE, KSA, other GCC who’d promote NÓRA regularly (e.g.,an affiliate partnership)

Assistance with the content creation for the paid/digital ads

  • Be the main POC for the digital team for all content-related tasks (e.g., active on slack, attend bi-weekly calls)
  • Supply 10-15 new edited creatives weekly to the ads team (40-60 monthly) with completed captions

  • Integrate the feedback from the digital team for the next set of the paid creatives based on the data performance (e.g., Adnova, Triple whale)

Community Experiences

  • Community building activities with customers 

  • Launch and Lead ‘community’ channel on IG (e.g., NÓRA Community Series with weekly prompt, polls, UGC curation, BTS, insider club)

Events & Brand Partnerships

  • Design and execute innovative brand activation campaigns that engage target audiences and elevate brand experiences

  • End-to-end production for pop-ups, retail activations (e.g., Ounass pop-up)

  • Identify and execute strategic partnerships with other brands (e.g., Level Shoes)

PR, Stylists & Editorial

  • Full ownership of the pr@noralabel.com email to manage stylists’ pulls/PR requests

  • Getting style editors from leading publications (e.g., Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue Arabia) to feature/style pieces
  • Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, influencers, and stakeholders

  • Activate the affiliate program with the stylists via discount code 

Other ad-hoc & Reporting

  • Assist with Shopify taks (e.g., SEO blogs review, product uploads)

  • Getting style editors from leading publications (e.g., Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue Arabia) to feature/style pieces
  • Setting weekly targets/KPIs (to be discussed)

  • Track and measure the effectiveness of PR, brand management, and activation initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary, ensuring they drive consumer engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in content/brand/social or community marketing, ideally in fashion or luxury

  • Comfortable filming yourself and others; able to shoot and edit independently

  • Creative, strategic thinker, available and willing to wear multiple hats.

  • Confident working with talent and building relationships with other creators

  • Great eye for composition & styling; aligned with NÓRA’s luxury minimal aesthetic

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions with limited information

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.

  • Based in Dubai or able to shoot locally; Arabic fluency is a plus
